Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Indie Points mobile application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Indie Points for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Indie Points, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and identification
Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Points and Rewards

Indie Points operates a loyalty rewards programme where users can earn and redeem points at participating businesses. You understand and agree that:

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
Points may expire according to the terms set by participating businesses
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time
Points are non-transferable except as explicitly permitted by Indie Points
We are not responsible for the availability or quality of rewards offered by participating businesses

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Indie Points to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Business Partners

Indie Points partners with local businesses to provide rewards. We are not responsible for the products, services, or business practices of our partner businesses. Any transactions or interactions you have with partner businesses are solely between you and that business.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Indie Points or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Indie Points, even if Indie Points or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Modifications

Indie Points may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
