Account Closure

Learn how to permanently close your Indie Points account and all associated data.

How to Close Your Account
Follow these steps to close your account from the Indie Points mobile app
  1. Open the Indie Points app

    Launch the Indie Points app on your mobile device and ensure you're logged in.

  2. Navigate to Settings

    Tap on your profile icon or menu, then select "Settings" from the options. The account closure option is prominently displayed on the Settings page.

  3. Select Close Account

    Tap on "Close Account" or "Close My Account" option. You may be asked to confirm your password for security purposes.

  4. Confirm Closure

    Review the information about what will be removed, then confirm your decision. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Removed

When you close your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your personal profile information
  • All earned points and rewards
  • Transaction history
  • Account preferences and settings
  • All associated data and activity
Important Notice

Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once your account is closed, you will lose access to all your points, rewards, and transaction history. If you have any pending rewards or points, please redeem them before closing your account.
