Turn your earned points into real rewards at participating businesses.
When you're ready to redeem your points, simply open the Indie Points app and show your digital loyalty card or QR code to the cashier. They'll scan it and apply your reward automatically. It's that simple!
Participating businesses offer various types of rewards:
- Percentage discounts (10% off, 20% off, etc.)
- Pound amount discounts (£5 off, £10 off, etc.)
- Free items or products
- Buy-one-get-one offers
- Special promotions and exclusive deals
- Points-based tier rewards
Each business sets their own point requirements for rewards. You can view available rewards and their point costs in the app before you visit. Some businesses offer multiple reward tiers, so you can choose the reward that best fits your point balance.
- Check your point balance before visiting a business
- Review available rewards in the app ahead of time
- Combine point redemptions with other promotions when allowed
- Save points for larger rewards if you prefer
- Be aware of point expiration dates
- Ask the business about their specific redemption policies
All your reward redemptions are tracked in the app. You can view your complete redemption history, see which rewards you've used, and track your savings over time. This helps you see the value you're getting from the Indie Points programme.
